AFRICA
2001 will take place at the Gallagher Estate in Midrand, which
is
situated about half way between Johannesburg and Pretoria. It is
one of the best venues in the whole of Africa for holding an
Exhibition and Forum and features exceptionally well-equipped
exhibition halls with 8 metre ceilings and ducted underfloor
services, as well as excellent conference facilities for the
Forum.
The Gallagher Estate's
halls will provide 28,000m2 of gross indoor exhibition space,
which represents around 18,000m2 net. It is therefore
anticipated that not all exhibitors' space requirements will be
able to be met. Midrand is situated within easy reach of the
northern suburbs of Johannesburg where South Africa's largest
concentration of hotels can be found.
