As an important part of smart city's services, Smart Street Light (SSL) Service is a key means to reduce energy consumption, promote maintenance management efficiency and improve the quality of municipal services. This Draft Recommendation specifies requirements, reference architecture and related core functions of SSL Service. Related use cases are provided in Appendix I.
