This Recommendation provides guidelines to address the Connect 2020 GHG emissions target. It is intended to be utilized by relevant stakeholders to address the Connect 2020 ambitions, while considering the SDG 13 goal and the objectives of the Paris Agreement. It also presents examples of actions taken in order to limit the GHG emissions in the ICT sector.
