In order to support Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC) capability, new functions are required in the International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT)-2020 network. This Recommendation describes the requirements to support FMC in IMT-2020 network, covering aspects related to the general objectives, requirements from service point of view and capability requirements.
