Recommendation ITU-T Y.2068 provides a description of the basic capabilities of the Internet of Things (IoT), based on the functional view, the implementation view and the deployment view of the IoT functional framework described in this Recommendation, in order to fulfil the IoT common requirements specified in Recommendation ITU-T Y.2066. The Recommendation also describes additional capabilities of the IoT for the integration of cloud computing and big data technologies with the IoT.
