This document was firstly introduced at the ITU-T meeting in 2009, and the revised version was presented at the last meeting in 2010. To collect basic information about natural disasters of each country, questionnaire was circulated (TSB Circular 142), and 16 replies were received. The revised version includes the answers to the questionnaire and more detailed information for natural disasters of each country. At the February meeting in 2011, a new Recommendation L.dmosp (COM15-C1289) was presented. The two documents L.tcosp and L.dmosp were combined into one, L.dmosp. At the December meeting in 2011, Japanese experience was put into the Appendix of L.dmosp. This document is a revised version for consent at the September meeting in 2012.
