This amendment contains extensions to the second version (03/2003) of ITU-T Recommendation G.709/Y.1331. It specifies 100 Gbit/s ODU4/OTU4, support of gigabit ethernet services via ODU0, ODU2e, ODU3 and ODU4, multi-lane OTU3 and OTU4 and the Lower Order and Higher Order ODU concept to align with the "one-stage multiplexing" specification described in clause 9.2 of Recommendation G.872.

The revised file has been added to include Figure 7-1A which was missing due to a technical issue.
