This Recommendation specifies protocols for Kxi and Kxi’ interfaces for quantum key distribution network interworking (QKDNi). Kxi and Kxi’ interfaces are defined for interworking of key management layers in [ITU-T Y.3810]. They are responsible for exchanging information and operations required for key relay, key transfer, key synchronization and authentication between QKDNs.
