In order to promote the construction of a green and low-carbon modern industrial ecosystem, enhance digital ecosystem governance capabilities, and foster the development of green trade, this Recommendation specifies the stakeholders and workflow, framework and requirements for DLT-based data management of product traceability services(DMPTS). This Recommendation can serve as guidance for relevant stakeholders in the development and application of DMPTS based on DLT.
