In order to promote the use of energy storage batteries, ensure data security, and drive the development of energy storage battery data management towards greater efficiency, security, and transparency, this Recommendation specifies the framework for distributed ledger technology(DLT)-based data management of energy storage battery system, and it also provides stakeholders and data management process of energy storage battery. It can be used for guiding the design and implementation of DLT-based data management of energy storage battery system.
