This Recommendation provides requirements on how to develop an accessible metaverse from a user perspective. This document considers the various metaverse components and the actions that users, regardless of their capabilities, may perform to access the metaverse, create an identity within the metaverse, navigate the metaverse and interact in the metaverse.
