This Recommendation provides requirements and capabilities of NGN evolution to support multi-connection for network and cloud interworking. [ITU-T Y.2347] provides the general requirement to support network and cloud interworking and this Recommendation concentrates on the detailed requirements and capabilities to support a set of multi-connection scenarios based on [ITU-T Y.2347].
