Recommendation ITU-T T.840.3 | ISO/IEC 6048-3 is the reference software implementation of the image coding technology specified in Rec. ITU-T T.840.1 | ISO/IEC 6048-1, known as Learning-based image coding (JPEG AI). This Recommendation | International Standard was developed collaboratively by ITU-T SG21 and ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 29, and is published by ITU-T and ISO/IEC as common text.
