This Recommendation aims to specify the requirements of the purpose-built automated driving system dedicated vehicle (ADS-DV) to enable the deployment of different vehicle types (applications) on a common platform. This Recommendation introduces the overview of purpose-built ADS-DV, followed by universal interfaces for PB-ADS-DVs, high-level requirements, and a reference model.
