This Recommendation includes the overview, scenarios, framework and technical requirements of data sharing service networks. There exist diverse scenarios across multiple domains in which data sharing plays a critical role. To make the connection between data providers and demanders easier and more normalized, a general system of data sharing service networks is needed, meanwhile a unified and efficient mechanism and standards are needed to support the system.
