Fixed, mobile and satellite convergence (FMSC) networks provide wide area coverage and connectivity for Internet of Things (IoT) by considering requirements and framework to support IoT users access and IoT services. This Recommendation specifies the overview, requirements, framework, network function enhancements, general procedures and security consideration of supporting IoT for FMSC in IMT-2020 networks and beyond.
