Recommendation ITU-T G.8152 contains the protocol neutral unified modelling language (UML) model for multi-protocol label switching–transport profile (MPLS-TP) network element (NE) management. This Recommendation provides a representation of the MPLS-TP technology using the methodologies that have been used for other transport technologies (e.g., synchronous digital hierarchy, optical transport network and Ethernet). Amendment 1 aligns the UML information models in this Recommendation with the v5.0 of the ITU‑T Core UML information models, defined in ITU-T G.7711 (2025).
