The distributed S-NICE enhancements is an evolved version of S-NICE which has already been standardized by ITU-T Recommendations [ITU-T Y.3321] and [ITU-T Y.3322]. This draft Recommendation builds on those published Recommendations, and Recommendations such as [ITU-T Y.2345]. By introducing distributed leger technology, the distributed S-NICE provides an efficient and reliable mechnism that prevents unauthorized parties from modifying data in the network.
