This Recommendation provides the requirements to support the creation of an International Telecommunication Union (ITU) database on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of the Global information and communication technology (ICT) sector at worldwide level and at a national level. The guidance is intended to support ITU in establishing such a database.
