This Recommendation specifies the overall evaluation framework, classification of telecommunication room/building, reliability grading, evaluation items, evaluation methods for power supply system in telecommunication room/building. It is applicable to the evaluation of power supply system, maintenance capability, safety operations and energy saving of various telecommunication room/building.
