The marriage of information and technology is at the core of tomorrow's healthy older persons – a dramatic change from the past but the accepted perspective from those growing up with technology. What will be the new technologies that spur behavior change at an early age, to sustain the projected health spans of the future?

Phyllis Ferrell and her team are responsible for Marketing and Operations worldwide. Previously Phyllis was Vice President of the Global Alzheimer’s disease team, where she and her team were responsible for the late-development and global registration of solanezumab, Amyvid and lanabecestat, including global launches and commercialization.
Phyllis received an MBA in general management and a certificate in public management from Stanford University where she graduated with Arjay Miller Scholar honors and was the Arbuckle Award recipient. Phyllis was recognized with the Rising Star Award from the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and is a member of the World Dementia Council. She is also on the Boards of Directors for the Indiana Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and the Stanford Associate Board of Governors; a founding member of Women Against Alzheimer’s.

Alexandra Bhatti is a public health attorney with a decade of diverse vaccine programmatic and policy experience across the government and private sector. She is currently Director of US Vaccine Public Policy at Merck & Co. Inc, where she leads US state and federal vaccine policy development and research as well as federal vaccine policy advocacy to advance evidence-based policy solutions that can help achieve and sustain high vaccination rates. She concurrently has served as faculty at Arizona State University in the School for the Science of Healthcare Delivery over the last 7 years. Prior to Merck, Ms. Bhatti was a public health attorney at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention where she led vaccination law research. Her roots are in state public health where she was previously a manager within the Arizona Department of Health, Immunization Program Office as well as a Senior Public Health Scientist within their state laboratory.

Thomas Hach, MD, is Executive Director Patient Engagement for Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism (CRM) at Novartis. He is leading end-to-end patient engagement strategy and operations for the broad CRM portfolio at Novartis. Thomas also held positions of Global Brand Medical Director Neuroscience, Senior Global Health Advisor and Director Healthcare Systems. His passion and expertise are in precision medicine, preventative medicine, patient centricity and partnerships. He joined Novartis from Boehringer Ingelheim, where he was Global Senior Medical Director, Therapeutic Area Metabolism. Prior to that, he was an associate principal at McKinsey & Company, serving as a leader in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare practice. Dr. Hach conducted several years of research and clinical practice in diabetes/microcirculation at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden. At the beginning of his clinical career, he worked in orthopedic surgery in Sweden and Germany. He received his medical degree from University of Mainz, Germany.

Surya Kolluri leads the efforts on Thought Leadership for the Bank of America Retirement and Personal Wealth Solutions Business. In this capacity he oversees research and programs in the areas of Longevity, Retirement and ESG. He manages external relationships including the Stanford Center on Longevity, MIT AgeLab, Wharton Pension Research Council, Boston College Center for Retirement Research and the Gerontological Society of America.
Surya has spoken at a number of public forums including the Tokyo G20 Summit on Aging and Financial Inclusion, White House Conference on Aging Regional Forum in Boston, the National Governors Association summer meeting, the Dementia X forum in Stockholm, the World Health Organization

In 2004 Ninie founded Pinetree Care Group, focusing on business model innovation, professional service and talent development in providing home healthcare services for the aging population. As a Standing Committee Member of the China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics, China Social Welfare Service Standard Committee Member as well as Member of Presidium for National Union of Long-term Care, she is actively involved in domestic and international projects promoting healthy aging-related research, practice and policy. Ninie has published various papers on the restorative, integrated care service model, has participated in the drafting of various senior care industry standards and policy papers in China.
Ninie is a member of WHO Clinical Consortium on Healthy Ageing and World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Health and Healthcare. She has a BA Econ. from UIBE, China, MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore, and is a JHU-THU DrPH Candidate. Her international involvement also included WEF Young Global Leader (2013-2018) and China Fellowship of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (since 2016), and was selected to join the first France-China Young Leaders Program (2013).
