22 Benefits of the use case
This use case significantly improves access to high-quality oral healthcare. Through the
application of AI-driven diagnostic tools, automated prosthetic design, and standardized
digital workflows, the solution reduces treatment time, enhances accuracy, and lowers costs
for both patients and providers. This ensures that a greater number of individuals can receive
timely and precise dental care, ultimately improving global oral health outcomes. Furthermore,
by automating labor-intensive tasks, the solution enhances operational efficiency for dental
professionals, supporting improved work-life balance, increased profitability, and better overall
well-being within the dental workforce.
This use case introduces groundbreaking innovation in the field of digital dentistry. Dentbird
Solutions is the first in the industry to integrate Generative AI with 3D imaging and dental CAD
technology, revolutionizing traditional workflows. It further advances industry infrastructure by
adopting a cloud-based AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) model, which lowers the barrier to entry for
digital dental tools and expands accessibility across clinics and labs. This new model not only
supports scalable growth of dental practices but also stimulates industrial advancement and
the creation of new job opportunities in AI, software, and digital healthcare sectors.
23 Future Work
To enhance 3D design for dental prosthesis based on Generative AI, it is essential to gather
high-quality training data. This will serve as the foundation for training and improving AI models,
and securing new high-quality data is crucial for expanding AI models and functionalities.
The allocated resources will be utilized to collect diverse datasets, particularly from complex
or rare cases, to improve AI accuracy.
Based on the collected data, AI training will be conducted, and continuous innovation efforts
will be made to meet growing market demands and user expectations. Existing AI models will
be improved, and new models will be developed to ensure the solution remains effective and
stable across a wider range of treatment cases.
Creation of New Variations and Expansions for Clinical Applications: New AI models will be
developed to expand their clinical applications in dentistry. This includes launching new
solutions for dental prosthesis that have not yet been addressed.
