2 Use Case Description

Before the phone is connected, a certain connection cannot be established between the caller
and the called person.AI video ringback tones are used to solve the above problems.
Users hope to convey certain information to others in advance before making a phone call, such
as their professional identity, beautiful photo image, talents, daily life, favorite music videos,
corporate advertisements, etc., which need to be presented in the form of videos.Therefore,
we have launched the AI video ringtone product.
Based on AIGC technology, generate a music short video of about 20 seconds from user input
text or images.
AI video ringback tones make information transmission in mobile communication more
efficient and valuable. At the social level, promoting the rapid dissemination of information,
breaking geographical limitations, allowing remote areas to access cultural and entertainment
information, and also transmitting their own information to the outside world. From an
environmental perspective, it reduces unnecessary travel caused by information exchange,
lowers transportation energy consumption and exhaust emissions.
Use Case Status:
When the calling user initiates a call, the system feature enters the administrative state of Ready,
indicating that the basic call capability is ready. However, because the video ringtone playback
has not yet been triggered, the execution status is marked as Not Run. The critical link occurs
when the system triggers and attempts to play the video ringtone.

called network requests the video from the platform and pushes it to the called terminal). The
administrative state can be Ready, but if the ringtone is not available due to, for example, cross-
operator network incompatibility, it will go to Block, meaning that the function is temporarily
unavailable. Correspondingly, the execution status reflects the actual result of the step: if the
ringtone is successfully acquired and ready to be played, it is marked as Passed; if the content
is invalid, the platform interface is wrong or loading fails, it is marked as Passed. If the content
fails, the platform interface is wrong, or the loading fails, it is labeled as Error or Failed.
