                      Invitation-Based Pilot for Individuals

The next phase involves launching an invitation-only pilot program for individuals engaged
in decision-intensive work. This pilot will test how AIM-1 supports cognitive clarity, decision
quality, emotional resilience, and reflective practice in real-world settings.

                      Measuring Mindful Productivity

We are developing a measurement framework to evaluate how the Think ‐ Do ‐ Reflect cycle
impacts user well-being and performance. This framework will help us quantify cognitive
productivity and emotional resilience in meaningful, actionable ways.

                      System Enhancements

Ongoing development of the AIM-1 system will focus on improving decision support, expanding
contextual memory, and supporting diverse input methods—all guided by real-world feedback
and aligned with global standards for responsible AI.

                      Research Partnerships

We are seeking partnerships with researchers and scholars to co-develop new metrics, training
approaches, and best practices that support reflective decision-making and sustainable
                      knowledge work.

                      3 Use Case Requirements

                      Technical Requirements

                      • REQ-01: The system must support multi-modal capture (e.g., text, voice, notes) to record
thoughts, actions, and reflections in real time.
                      • REQ-02: The platform must integrate a modular, multi-agent architecture (AIM-1) to
orchestrate personalized Think Do Reflect cycles.
                      • REQ-03: The assistant must provide real-time natural language processing and retrieval-
augmented responses to surface context-relevant insights.
                      • REQ-04: The system must ensure explainable, traceable reasoning behind AI suggestions
to support user trust and decision transparency.
                      • REQ-05: User entries must be organized by topics, intentions, and thought bundles to
                           enable meaningful structure and recall.

                      Operational & Functional Requirements

                      • REQ-06: The assistant must operate across platforms (web, desktop, mobile), ensuring
continuity across locations and work contexts.
                      • REQ-07: The platform must support visual goal alignment and progress mapping to help
                           users prioritize what matters most.
                      • REQ-08: The system must encourage structured self-reflection through smart prompts,
                           micro-win recognition, and habit tracking.
                      • REQ-09: The AI must continuously personalize its guidance based on evolving user
context and feedback without requiring manual retraining.
                      • REQ-10: The system must track energy, attention, and emotional patterns over time to
help users build cognitive resilience and avoid burnout.
