3 Use case requirements
REQ-01: Build Federated AI Network: Establish a secure, privacy-preserving AI network to
share organoid data across 10+ hospitals in Asia. This will enable collaborative research while
complying with international data protection standards, ensuring equitable access to cutting-
edge medical insights.
REQ-02: Develop Low-Cost Organoid Kits: Create affordable organoid cultivation kits
embedded with AI sensors for real-time pathogen detection. These kits will be distributed
to underserved regions, democratizing access to advanced diagnostics and personalized
medicine.
REQ-03: Launch Certification Program: Design and implement an "AI for Organoid Medicine"
certification program targeting 1,000 researchers and healthcare professionals by 2026. The
program will include online courses, hands-on workshops, and open-access AI tools to foster
global expertise in organoid technology.
REQ-04: Publish Open-Source AI Models: Release AI models for viral mutation prediction and
organoid simulation on GitHub, accompanied by detailed documentation and tutorials. This
will empower researchers worldwide to adapt and improve the models for local healthcare
challenges.
REQ-05: Establish Global Standards: Collaborate with WHO and Institut Pasteur to develop
ethical guidelines and technical standards for AI-driven organoid research, ensuring responsible
innovation and interoperability across institutions.
