Based on the challenges that China has encountered during the bid for WRC-27, this contribution puts forward suggestions for improvement in the bidding for hosting future ITU conferences and assemblies, so as to support the ITU in continuously improving its fairness, transparency and predictability, and encourage Member States to consider hosting conferences and assemblies.
