Résumé :	In response to a request from Council, and discussions in Committee 2 of the WTSA, the purpose of this document is to provide information regarding the methodology used to calculate financial implications of decisions and resolutions made at conferences and assemblies, and to propose changes to the process to enable availability of relevant financial implications prior to the relevant conference or assembly.
