Abstract :

In accordance with Plenipotentiary Conference Decision 11 (Rev. Bucharest, 2022), the Chair of the CWG-FHR submitted a four-year report of the CWG-FHR (Document C26/53(Rev.1)) to the 2026 session of the Council for consideration and submission of recommendations to the 2026 Plenipotentiary Conference on the need to maintain, modify, terminate or establish the CWG for the next period.
The Council noted the report contained in Document C26/53(Rev.1) and agreed to transmit it to the Plenipotentiary Conference, together with the summary record of the meeting capturing Council Member States' recommendations and views.
This report summarizes the main activities and achievements of CWG-FHR over the period 2022-2026 in accordance with Council Decision 563 (Mod. 2023). The extract of the Report by the Chair of the Standing Committee on Administration and Management (Annex 2), as well as the extract of summary record of the ninth plenary meeting of the 2026 session of the Council reflecting the recommendations and views of the Council Member States is attached to this report (Annex 3).
