Abstracto :

The Russian Federation proposes add some provisions that were not included in the current version of the report, including provisions on providing the ability to verify users of telecommunication/ICT services and applications, non-discriminatory access to telecommunication/ICT services and applications, and non-geostationary satellite constellations/communication systems.
