Abstract :

The importance of partnerships and resource mobilization was highlighted by the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2022 (WTDC-22), in particular in the Kigali Declaration, in the Kigali Action Plan (sections 3.1 and 3.3) and Resolution 17 (Rev. Kigali, 2022) on the implementation of Regional Initiatives. This importance was reiterated at the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2025 (WTDC-25), the Baku Declaration and the Baku Action Plan.
This document reports on partnerships and resource mobilization activities undertaken in 2025.in support of the outcomes of the WTDC. It also provides an overview of the guiding principles that BDT will follow to mobilize partners in support of the implementation of the Baku Action Plan.
