Abstract :

At present, artificial intelligence technology is reshaping the global economic landscape and social governance models at an unprecedented pace. Confronted with the severe challenges posed by the convergence of the AI divide and the digital divide, China has actively proposed a framework for AI-empowered digital transformation, promoted its "AI Plus" philosophy to the international community, and issued the International Cooperation Initiative on "AI Plus", systematically presenting China's vision for AI-enabled global digital transformation. Drawing upon China's "AI Plus" practices in intelligent manufacturing, public services, education, and healthcare, this paper explores how international cooperation can bridge the AI divide, promote inclusive and equitable AI development, and contribute to the realization of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
