Abstract :

This document introduces that after a decade of continuous implementation of universal telecommunication services in China, the country has successively promoted the construction of the "Broadband for Borderlands" and "Broadband for Forestry and Grasslands" initiatives to optimize broadband network coverage in special areas such as borderlands, islands, forests and grasslands, and actively addressed the challenges encountered in the construction of communication infrastructure. The content of this paper provides certain reference value for the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) to promote network coverage in underserved, remote and rural areas of other countries, especially developing countries. It is recommended that the content of this draft be included in the final research report of the research group.
