This paper emphasizes the critical role of establishing a Cybersecurity Incident Management Center (CIM SOC) as a cornerstone of the General Authority for Communications' strategy to safeguard national infrastructure against cyber threats. It explores the center's primary objectives, the cybersecurity challenges confronting the authority, the advanced technologies employed, and the methodologies utilized for incident management. Furthermore, the research highlights key lessons learned and offers recommendations for strengthening cybersecurity capabilities. The paper provides a strategic framework for enhancing the performance and resilience of the CIM SOC to effectively address evolving cyber threats and future challenges.
