Registration

Advance registration is mandatory, following these steps:

Create an ITU user account (if you already have an account, go to step 2):
When creating an ITU user account affiliated to an ITU Member (Member States, Sector Members, Associates, Academia, and UN System), users must obtain approval of their affiliation from the corresponding TIES Focal Point prior to submitting a registration request.
Register here : Log in with your ITU user account credentials and complete the corresponding registration request form.

Badge Collection and Desk Opening Hours

All badges must be collected personally, and badges are therefore strictly non-transferable.

Location:

Pick up your event badge at the badging stations located in the Cresta Sprayview Hotel. 
Please bring your passport or photo ID to collect your badge.
Badges should be scanned before being handed over.
Given the usual large number of arriving delegates on 25 May, the opening day of RDF, delegates are advised to pick up their event badge at least one day before the opening day of the event.

VIP Badge Collection:

VIP delegates’ badges may be collected by an authorized PA/protocol officer/coordinator on their behalf if the name of the authorized person has been provided in advance to BDTMeetingsRegistration@itu.int.  The authorized person must present a valid ID with a copy of the VIP’s passport.
