Registration
The ITU Digital Skills Forum welcomes participants responsible for digital skills and capacity development in relevant ministries, regulatory agencies, telecommunication operating companies, and other national education and learning organizations. Representatives from international and regional organizations, as well as experts interested in the subjects of digital skills and digital transformation, are also encouraged to attend.
How to Register
Advance registration is mandatory. Each participant shall complete and submit a registration form. An ITU User Account is required to register.

Registration requests for physical participation in the Forum will be forwarded to the corresponding Designated Focal Point (DFP) for ITU-D event registration for validation. - Non-ITU Members, register here.
Virtual participation is also available. The Forum will be held in a hybrid format, but physical participation is highly recommended. Sessions and activities will be held onsite. Remote participants will not be allowed to take the floor.
