How submissions are reviewed

New solutions submitted through the AI Solutions Catalogue are not published automatically. Each submission is reviewed for completeness, relevance to early warning systems, clarity of description, supporting links, and alignment with the Early Warnings for All framework.

For the initial Catalogue, submissions are reviewed and cleaned by the AI Group coordination team before publication. As the Catalogue moves beyond this first version, proposed additions may be circulated to the relevant AI focal points or EW4All pillar leads for a short no-objection review before publication.

If questions or concerns are raised, the team may follow up with the submitter to clarify details, request supporting documentation, refine the public description, or confirm how the solution should be categorized.

This review process is intended to keep the Catalogue useful, credible, and aligned with EW4All priorities while allowing the resource to grow as partners, agencies, researchers, and solution providers contribute new examples.
