Customer Average Interruption Duration Index (CAIDI) is used as a standard
reliability indicator by electric power utilities globally and indicates how long it will
take to restore electricity once an outage has occurred.

Methodology Calculate as:

Numerator: Sum of all customer interruption durations (mins).
