for access and re-use by citizens and companies.

• Component 19: Web portal

Construction of a new web portal that brings together all the information about citizen services
in all areas of society.

• Component 20: Mobile application (Transport, tourism and citizen services)

Development of a mobile app that allows citizens to access three main services: public transport
on the island, tourist information, and information and procedures for public services.
