requires the following elements to be implemented:
a) city infrastructures and systems available for resilience;
b) risk and vulnerability assessments;
c) financial (capital and operation) plans to mitigate address the risks and vulnerabilities; and
d) technical systems to implement the plans.
Crime rates in Pully are low, emergency response times are fast and there is adequate law enforcement
and emergency personnel coverage.
Recommendation ITU-T Y.4116: ‘Requirements of transportation safety services including use cases
and service scenarios’ and Recommendation ITU-T Y.4119: ‘Requirements and capability framework
for IoT-based automotive emergency response system’ can help make all smart sustainable cities safer
