ITU Indicators for Smart Sustainable Cities – Pilot project Singapore

            1.      Scope of Work


            The scope of the verification project includes:
            A.      Validation  and  verification  of  the  data  collected  and  submitted  by  Singapore  as  per  the
                    Recommendations ITU-T L.1601, Key performance indicators related to the use of information and
                    communication technology in smart sustainable cities and ITU-T L.1602, Key performance indicators
                    related  to  the  sustainability  impacts  of  information  and  communication  technology  in  smart
                    sustainable cities, (subsequently approved on 5 June 2016).
            B.      Review of the processes for the submitted data with the relevant Singapore stakeholders including:

                       Building and Construction Authority
                       Ministry of Manpower
                       Ministry of Health
                       SP Services

                       Department of Statistics Singapore
                       Ministry of Social and Family Development

            C.      Review of the suitability of the current KPIs and provide feedback on potential revisions of the
                    current KPIs.
