World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA-04)

The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly defines general policy and adopts working methods and procedures for ITU-T. The duties and functions of the World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly are laid down in Article 18 of the ITU Constitution and Article 13 of the ITU Convention.
