Dr. James Kent
James is a pioneering digital forensics investigator and eDiscovery consultant who has more than 15 years’ experience as a high-level advisor within the law enforcement, government, financial and commercial sectors. He is an advisor to ITU-IMPACT, the cybersecurity executing arm of the United Nations.
Before joining Nuix, James was Managing Director of 7Safe's digital forensics and eDiscovery consulting units, where he was a preferred advisor and supplier of these services to leading law firms and an expert witness in the Royal Courts of Justice. He previously worked as a detective for the Suffolk Constabulary.
James is a contributing author to the Association of Chief Police Officers’ Good Practice Guide for Digital Evidence, the defacto standard for digital forensic investigation. He has written accredited training courses in eDiscovery and digital forensics, which have been delivered across Europe to litigation support, general counsel and digital investigation teams.’

Mr. Stuart Clarke Stuart is responsible for the global development of the Nuix investigative product and continuing to demonstrate how Nuix is changing the manner in which we undertake digital investigation work. Stuart is an experienced consultant and has provided expert evidence in civil and criminal courts and across different jurisdictions including providing advice to the Technology and Construction Court.
Before joining Nuix, Stuart was Head of Forensics and Technical Operations at Millnet and formerly Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group (formally 7Safe). Across both of these roles Stuart has operated across several areas including Digital Forensics, eDiscovery and Information Security managing a diverse team of consultants.
Stuart has a proven track record within the Digital Forensic, eDiscovery and Information Security arena. He has been both a leader and key player in the thriving development of several business areas and has built successful teams to support this.
Previously Stuart has co-authored a technical blog discussing some of his many interests and specialisms including social media, Apple Mac, mobile data and data theft investigations. He has also had whitepapers published discussing personal data security.
He has developed and delivered professional and academic training forming part of a Master’s degree in Computer Security and Forensics. Stuart himself holds a first class honours degree in Computer Forensics as well as several professional qualifications.’
