Helen McCallum

With a background in social health policy and 20 years of consumer rights advocacy work, Helen has been leading CI since May 2011. Before CI, Helen was executive director of UK consumer organisation Which?, following senior roles at the UK Environment Agency, the UK Department of Health, and the National Health Service. Helen is part of the Advisory Group for the NHS Sustainable Development Unit. She is also a former non-executive board member of Keep Britain Tidy as well as a former member of  the board for BEUC, the European consumers association.
