JSC «Intervale» was founded in 1999. The main focus of company’s activity is development of platforms and solutions for remote banking transactions in open telecommunication networks - the Internet and GSM. Intervale is a Russia and CIS leader in the field of Mobile Commerce. Deep knowledge of modern trends allow us to make a choice in favor of the most secure, reliable and fault-tolerant solutions. JSC «Intervale» certified by Visa International Service Association to conduct technology development with the use of “3-D Secure” specification. Our application for handsets supports all modern terminals and able to run on different operating systems. The mechanisms of encryption and the formation of an electronic signature are widely applied in the solutions of the company for storage and data transfer.

CEO of Intervale Mnagament LLC. Counts over 12 years of banking and mostly international banking experience. Concentrated mostly in Payments, Cash Managment, Remote Banking and Cards services. Was always responsible for relationships with international payment systems, Central Bank and regulatory bodies of the Russian Federation. Has implemented number of notable projects in remote payments and innovation products area, for instance launch of the Digital Office in the Bank of Moscow, MatserCard Mobile with Intervale in 2012, payments of utility services, taxes and fines on MPGU (Moscow Portal of State Services) and EPGU (Unified Portal of State Services), QBank of Svyaznoy bank and many other.

2013- till present - CEO of “Intervale Management” LLC.

2012-2013 -Deputy to CEO and Chief Technology Office in Svyaznoy Bank. Main areas of responsibility: IT, Product Development (Technology and Methodology), Project Management, Payment Services and Remote Banking. On 12 April launched new cards processing facilities and competed migration of 3 million MasterCard card from old cards processing to the new one. And this was along side with new remote banking solution for Svyaznoy group.  Was responsible for technology and set-up of M-pos project of Svyaznoy with SUM-UP announce late May 2013.

2010-2012 - Senior Vice President of the Bank of Moscow. Main areas of responsibility: IT, Product Development (Technology and Methodology), Project Management, Cards Processing, Cash Management and E-commerce. Actively participated in Governmental projects and E-commerce related projects. For instance. Acquiring on EPGU (State Portal of Governmental Services), UEC, MTS Easy Payment, MasterCard Mobile.

2007-2010 - Member of the Board, Deputy to CEO in Swedbank (Russia). Main areas of responsible to Banking Processes, IT and Cash Management. Leaded MasterCard certification projects and set-up of the Bank own Cards Processing Facilities, launch of various cards products, including issuing and acquiring, as part of Cash Management proposition of Swedbank in Russia.

2004-2007 - Deputy Head to CEO in Handelsbanken (Russia) with main areas of responsibility in Cash Management, Payment and Trade Finance (combined in Sales Support team). Was responsible for management of cards projects conducted together with MasterCard and sponsored by  MasterCard Association in Russia: corporate cards, POS-acquiring project in Taxi (first project ever launched in Russia), pay-roll, etc.

1999-2004 – Deputy Head of Trade Finance Transaction services Department Commerzbank (Eurasija) ZAO.
