Mobily Company

Mobily became the Kingdom’s monopoly-breaking mobile operator when it won a tender against five consortiums in the summer of 2004, paying SAR 12.964 billion for its GSM and 3G licenses, and in December listing on Tadawul. In 2007, Mobily acquired Bayanat for SAR 1.5 billion and Zajil in 2008. It was the first operator to launch MMS, high volume mobile broadband bundles, the BlackBerry platform, the iPhone. It has a partnership the prestigious Saudi football club, Al Hilal, and the company was the first Arab business to receive the Dale Carnegie Leadership Award. Today, the company has the largest 3.75G high speed packet access (HSPA) network and active mobile broadband subscriber base in the Middle East and North Africa region. As of YE2008, principal shareholders are the UAE’s Etisalat, owning 27.4%, and GOSI which has 11.2%.

Naif Arab University for Security Sciences NAUSS

Formation : Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS) was established in 1980 as part of an Arab resolution to form the first Arab university specialized in graduate studies, research and training in all areas of security in its most comprehensive sense.
It was graciously hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The latter provided premises and full support, both material and non-material. Zain Saudi Arabia

Zain KSA is the newest player in the mobile telecommunication market of Saudi Arabia with a view to achieving a 30% customer market share of the Kingdom’s mobile market within five years by building a trusted and effective telecommunication provider for the largest country in the Middle East.
