ITU's headquarters comprise three interlinked buildings, Montbrillant, the Tower and Varembé (ITU circulation plan). Access to these buildings is provided by RFID security badges (swipe cards) that are issued during registration in the Montbrillant building.
There are three entrances:
The Montbrillant entrance (2 rue de Varembé, extension 6788 or 6789) is open from 0600 to 2200 hours, Monday to Friday. It is here that delegate registration takes place.
The Tower entrance (av. Giuseppe Motta, extension 5107 or 5108) is open every day from 0600 to 2200 hours (including weekends, but not official holidays).
The Varembé entrance, accessible only to badge holders, is open from 0600 to 2200 hours, Monday to Friday.
Office numbers in the three buildings begin with M, T and V, respectively.
Lockers are available in the Montbrillant reception and the Tower basement; access is provided using your security badge.
Cafeterias are located at the top of the Tower building and between the Varembé and Montbrillant buildings. Open Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1700 hours.
Toilets are clearly signposted around all delegate areas.
Meeting rooms and other delegate-accessible areas are located as follows:
Meeting rooms: H1, H2, K1, K2, L1, L2, M1, M2.
Other: Library (0900-1200, 1400-1700 hours).
Meeting rooms: A, E, G1, G2, G3.
Other: TIES helpdesk, medical services.
Meeting rooms: Popov, C, D, T101, T103.

All problems and issues should be reported via Service Desk, located in room V.29.
Open from 0900 to 1230 and 1330 to 1700 hours, Monday to Friday.
Telecommunication Information Exchange Service (TIES) is a set of networked information resources and services offered to members of ITU; delegates are strongly advised to set up a TIES account before arriving at ITU.
Wireless network (Wi-Fi): Connect to ITU Wi-Fi, security code: itu@GVA1211.
Wired Ethernet network access is available in some meeting rooms in the Montbrillant and Tower buildings.
High-volume printers are available to delegates throughout the ITU premises.
