This training is organized jointly by the International Telecommunication Union and the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications under Kyrgyz State Technical University, named after Iskhak Razzakov, as part of the Broadband Access programme under the auspices of the ITU Centres of Excellence for CIS. It will be delivered in Russian.This
training aims to introduce participants to goals, objectives, and basic
principles of organization of broadband access, broadband-based services, as
well as peculiarities of spectrum management and spectrum use for organization
of broadband access.
