International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and Department of Science and Technology - Information and Communication Technology Office (DOST-ICTO) are co-organizing a Knowledge exchange forum for Asia-Pacific and beyond (DSDS 2015) that will be held in Cebu City, Philippines on 22-24 September 2015 in Cebu City, Philippines .The event is kindly hosted by Information and Communication Technology Office (ICTO), Government of Philippines.
DSDS 2015, under the central theme of Accelerating inclusive development through ICT innovation aims to provide a high level platform for senior officials from Policy making organizations, Regulators, Industry, SMEs, tech hubs, innovation labs and development partners in Asia-Pacific region to foster dynamic and strategic discussions sharing of information and real experiences and initiatives on promising solutions to emerging challenges in promoting inclusive growth and development through ICTs
DSDS 2015 would present initiatives and opportunities for collaboration in the development and use of innovative ICT solutions for digital inclusion and empowerment, including youth employment and entrepreneurship and persons with disabilities.
ITU is pleased to provide one full fellowship to one participant duly authorized by the respective ITU Administrations from eligible countries in the Asia-Pacific Region, subject to available budget, to facilitate their participation in the Forum.
