​This Programme, organized by the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore in cooperation with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), is addressed to senior officials, or those with at least 5 years of relevant experience, from Telecommunication/ICT Ministries and Regulatory Bodies dealing with policy and regulatory planning and implementation. The training aims to provide an overview of telecommunication/ICT regulatory framework and practices based on Singapore’s ICT development experience.
