Pursuant to Resolution No. (17) of the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2014 (WTDC-14) on the implementation of the initiatives adopted regionally, we are organizing the Regional Workshop to kick off Regional Initiative on "Ensuring access to telecommunications/information and communication technology in particular for people with disabilities", which will be held, at the kind host of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Egypt, at the Convention Center in Smart Village, Giza, Arab Republic of Egypt, from 20 to 21 April 2015.
